The philosophy of MARS-ATP is that addiction is a disease. As a result MARS-ATP will seek to provide client-centered, community based quality treatment services to those suffering from addictions in the least restrictive and most-cost effective level of care. We will adjust our approach to meet the needs present in each community we serve by being part of the community and advocating for the effective, efficient, and effective treatment of each individual who is in need of our services. We will help individuals achieve recovery by creating hope and developing the skills necessary to move each individual through their unique process of change. Client Centered MARS-ATP's Center will deliver a program/service offering that assures our clients of the most appropriate array of addiction and dual diagnosis treatment services available. We will achieve this by focusing on meeting the needs of clients and communities and adjusting our programs rapidly to meet the current needs. We will focus on efforts to be a part of the community and not just in the community. Our staff will focus on outreach through education of the community and advocacy in the community to enhance our ability to reach and treat those who have a need for our services. Service Service It is our belief that it is our focus on service that will differentiate us from our competition. MARS-ATP' services will be recognized as being at a level above and standing out from others available due to our focus on providing exceptional service by responding quickly to client needs, engaging clients quickly, and providing for admission and treatment initiation that exceeds minimal standards in the field. We will seek to engage client's into services within 24-hours of a referral or first contact in order to harness each individual's motivation and provide the most effective engagement into treatment. We believe all clients are motivated and our job is to engage that motivation to enable the creation of hope and belief that each individual can change with support. We will focus on strengths and utilize strengths to move develop skills to maintain recovery. Our service focus will allow clients to feel accepted where they are enabling them to embrace the opportunity to change. Our referral sources will recognize our superior service through our prompt response to their needs, questions, and requests for service. We will be recognized as easily accessible, and adaptable as a program.
